In our office, we offer high quality care and payment options that work for all of our patients. 

If you have dental insurance, we will assist in filling out the insurance forms for direct reimbursement to you by the insurance company. Please bring your insurance information with you to the consultation so that we can expedite reimbursement. We will work with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures. We will attempt to help you understand your insurance coverage, but each insurance policy is unique and we encourage you to contact your insurance company if you have any questions
